Who We Are

Leading Leaders

Business Leaders Breakfast Forum brings middle-market business leaders together to learn, connect, and create community. Keynote presenters are first-in-class leaders in their field. The presentation is in a smaller setting that enables attendees to get up close and personal with our presenters at this game-changing program.

Programs are held twice a year in April and October. Each program will have a unique topic covering issues that are top of mind for business leaders in the current business landscape.

Industry sectors attending include: insurance, benefits, construction, recruiting, manufacturing, SaaS, telecom, banking, and real estate.

Attendees: Business owners and leaders who are decision makers in marketing, sales, finance, operations, and HR.

Our History

Following the Great Recession in 2009, several local businesses, including PI Midwest, Lurie LLP (now EisnerAmper), and Hillary's LLC, came together to create the Business Leaders Breakfast Forum. The forum was formed to bring business leaders together to learn, connect, and create community. In that time, new acquaintances became old friends through their shared experiences. In March of 2020, the program was shut down by the pandemic.

Since 2022, emerging out of the pandemic, there have been ongoing requests to bring this community back together. Hillary Feder quickly realized that by talking with other business leaders in the community, there was an interest in gathering and creating a community together outside of direct work inside their organizations. Feder led the way, putting together a group of sponsors to lead, and in April 2024, the Business Leaders Breakfast Forum 2.0 was formed.
